For my peer review I received comments about explaining my quotes more thoroughly and to introduce important people such as Fred Phelps. Additionally I needed to add more quotes from Kannikova’s article to balance out the use of evidence from each of the articles. My peer reviewer commented that my thesis statement worked perfectly to touch on all the points in my paragraphs. I think that my peer focused on my quotes and me using all the articles more equally. Overall I think the comments helped me see how to make my ideas clearer to the reader so I think all of them helped me.

I think it was overall a good experience. I thought that it was a good way to see what I could improve in my writing because it was a second set of eyes so it caught mistakes that I couldn’t catch. I think it is a way to see how your work sounds to an audience before I turn it in and without the bias I have for my own writing. When reviewing my peers’ work I noticed that they explained their quotes very well and added a good amount of their own voice to go along with their ideas.
